Pandas Rule the World!
The giant panda is an endangered spieces
with about 1,000 left in the wild today. You can find giant pandas
in a few zoos around the world. One of those zoos is the San Diego
Zoo.
Pandas like to eat young bamboo shoots.
They have an oversized wrist bone which they use as a thumb to
hold up the bamboo. If you put a panda on a scale, it would weigh
up to about 300 pounds.
There is another spieces of panda,
the red panda. It is small and racoon like.
